This means we can receive your NHS prescriptions electronically through the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) and deliver your medication to your home.
- Pharmacy Today to be your nominated pharmacy.
- Your GP to send prescriptions directly to us.
- Us to contact you about your medication, delivery updates, reminders, and to offer clinical advice and other services when needed.
- You are always in control. You can change or cancel your pharmacy nomination at any time by speaking to your GP or another pharmacy.
- Nomination is voluntary. You will only be nominated if you choose to sign up and create an account with us and give consent - This is totally your choice.
- Your personal data will be handled in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- We will use your data to provide NHS pharmacy services, and we follow NHS guidance, GPhC professional standards.
- Nominations do not expire, but you can change or remove your nomination at any time.
- You can still ask your GP for a paper prescription if you prefer.
- We will never change your nomination without your permission.
- You can contact our pharmacy team any time through your online dashboard or app if you have questions.

- You agree to nominate Pharmacy Today as your EPS pharmacy.
- You understand that we will securely store a record of your consent, including your IP address, time of submission, and audit trail, for compliance purposes.
