How do I register for an account?

Signing up is quick and free. Simply click “Join for FREE” on our website and complete a short form. During sign-up, you’ll nominate PharmacyToday as your pharmacy — once completed, you're ready to use our service.

Is it free to create an account with PharmacyToday?

Yes — creating an account with PharmacyToday is completely free.

There are no setup fees, subscription charges, or hidden costs. Signing up simply allows you to manage your NHS repeat prescriptions, request private treatments, and access our online doctor services and other great features if needed. Once you've registered we then become your nominated Pharmacy, we can start handling your prescriptions and arranging free delivery to your door.

Is PharmacyToday an NHS-contracted pharmacy?

Yes. PharmacyToday is fully contracted with the NHS to dispense prescriptions. Our systems are integrated with NHS services to ensure efficient, accurate, and secure processing of your medications.

How is PharmacyToday regulated?

We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the independent regulator for pharmacists in the UK. This means our services meet the highest standards of pharmacy care and patient safety.

Who can use PharmacyToday?

Anyone registered with a GP in England and receiving repeat prescriptions can use our service. You can also access private prescriptions and online consultations through your account.

Do I need to pay for delivery?

Most deliveries are free. If a delivery fee applies (e.g. for refrigerated or special handling items), you’ll be clearly informed at checkout — no surprises.

Can I order private prescriptions with PharmacyToday?

Yes, we accept and dispense private prescriptions. You can upload your prescription securely through your account.

Does PharmacyToday offer online doctor consultations?

Yes, our Online Doctor service covers a range of health concerns, including:

- Erectile dysfunction
- Weight management
- Hair loss
- Skin conditions
- Situational anxiety
- Genital herpes

Our GMC-registered doctors review your consultation securely. If clinically appropriate, a prescription will be issued and delivered discreetly.

How will my medication be delivered?

We use Royal Mail and trusted courier services. Most medications fit through a standard letterbox. Items needing refrigeration or special handling are sent in temperature-controlled packaging with tracking and delivery alerts.

How can I update my personal information?

Log into your account, go to “My Account”, and update your details anytime — whether it's your address, contact information, or exemption status.

What if I forget my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. Enter your registered email, and we’ll send you secure instructions to reset your password.

Do I need to pay for my prescriptions?

If you’re exempt from NHS prescription charges, you can declare your exemption when signing up. If not, standard NHS prescription charges will apply — we’ll clearly show the cost before you complete your order.

Is my information confidential?

Yes, your medical data and order history is completely confidential. Only our pharmacy staff and prescribers can view it.

Are deliveries discreet?
